The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bids from qualified entities to assist the District in conducting the Sacramento region's annual Spare The Air public education and outreach campaign. The District is seeking a Contractor experienced in coordinating and implementing a large environmental public education and outreach campaign, including advertising.
All responses to this RFP must be submitted electronically using Public Purchase by: 5:00 p.m. PST on Monday, November 22, 2021. All respondents must be registered vendors using Public Purchase in order to submit a proposal.
