Lumina Apartments (Topanga Canyon)
Location: 10243 Topanga Canyon Blvd., Chatsworth, CA 91311

The Lumina project consists of 100% Affordable Apartments, 5-Story (4 levels of Type III-A wood framed units over 1 level of Type I-A Concrete), 55 units with residence support offices, and residence Community Spaces. Construction is expected to start in December 2021.

Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County and DVBE firms for participation in the Lumina project.

Bids must be received by Friday, October 29, 2021 at 4:00pm for the following trades: Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Siding, Masonry, HVAC, Cleanup, Insulation, Glazing, Sheet Metal, Roofing, Plaster, Drywall, Painting, Cabinets, Ceramic Tile, Carpet, Landscape, etc. Walton Construction, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to and encourages the participation of Local, Section 3, DVBE subcontractors/suppliers on the Lake House project.

Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and Diversity Business certification. This project is a California State (Commercial) and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage job (The higher of the two applies). Project is also subject to HHH, Section 3, and Local Hire Requirements.
