Project Details
Scope of Work: installation of curbs, sidewalks, asphalt pavement, water, sanitary sewer, drainage construction, retaining walls, fencing, traffic signal modifications, slurry seal, street lighting, landscape and irrigation
Work/ Supply Needed: Traffic control, AC pavement, retaining wall, electrical (traffic signal modifications and street lighting), slurry seal, traffic striping, landscape and irrigation
A DBE goal of 16% has been set for this project.
We will require that all participating companies carry Workers' Compensation & Liability Insurance and be bonded. We will assist with obtaining insurance, bonds or lines of credit. Plans and specs can be viewed at our office or emailed upon request. All interested contractors must have a current California State License and be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations.
