Rocky Mountain Construction LLC is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified MBE, WBE, ESB & DVBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to: Flagging, Erosion Control, Surveying, Excavation, Pipe, Concrete, Striping, Signs, Electrical, Landscaping & Irrigation.

This contract has an aspirational goal for the contractor to obtain 15% participation from MBE, WBE, ESB & DVBE. If you are a Certified MBE, WBE, ESB & DVBE and would like to provide us with a quote, we encourage you to do so. This project is also subject to Oregon State Senate Bill 5721 which requires all contractors and subcontractors whose contract value is $200,000 or greater to employ apprentices to perform 15% of the work hours (please see solicitation for entire Senate Bill 5721 rules specific to this project).
