Scope inlcudes all labor, mat. & equip to: prep ROW, construction sign, temp erosion control, traffic control & signs, unclass street excav, replace soft subgrade, asphalt paving, flex base, geogrid, HES concrete paving, pavement markings, road signs, reinforced concrete pipe, reinforced concrete box culvert, drop inlets, safety end treatments, headwall, hydroturf armored erosion protection, topsoil, sod, brick and masonry mailboxes, channel route preparation, rip rap, trees planting (w/3 yr maint. bond & 80% survival rate), hydromulch, split rail fence with brick columns.
