By submitting a bid, subcontractor certifies that it takes no exceptions to the project requirements unless any exceptions, alternates, or "equals" are clearly defined in the scope with reference to the applicable portions of the plans/specifications. All bidders are expected to execute MBC standard contract and include performance bonds. MBC is a union signatory contractor any work by our subcontractors must allow MBC to conform to these agreements.
