Project Scope: Work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the reconstruction of the Indian Trail from FM 455 to FM 2150 including roadway and drainage improvements. This includes: Prep ROW, traffic control, barricades, signs, temporary erosion controls, SWPPP and inspections, unclassified excavation, embankment, topsoil, hydromulch seeding, pavement markings, removal and replacement of the following: mailboxes, stone column, asphalt paving, concrete paving, barbed wire fencing, wooden fencing, chain link fencing, pipe rail fencing; guardrails, subgrade, box culverts, concrete safety end treatments, signs and posts, 12" to 30" reinforced concrete pipe, precast safety end treatments, drainage headwalls, wing walls, and rock rip rap, lime, and flex base.

This contract is subject to Denton County HUB purchasing and procurement process. Quality Excavation, LLC as the prime contractors is making a good faith effort to award a fair share of contracts, subcontracts, and procurements to HUB's through demonstration of affirmative action steps. Quality Excavation, LLC strongly encourages all HUB businesses to submit their quotes.
