SACOG is soliciting qualifications from established firms, consultants, and nonprofits to help SACOG's member jurisdictions plan for and accelerate infill housing within the six-county Sacramento region. Selected consultant(s) will become part of a pre-qualified bench of experts that are then able to execute contracts with SACOG and member jurisdictions to support this work.
Rincon is proposing to provide CEQA services to SACOG under this request, and is seeking certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms for teaming opportunities. Rincon is seeking certified DBE firms to assist with traffic impact/VMT studies, and public outreach services .
