New modular classroom building with site-built elements. The work includes site work to establish a building pad, a new access road, new parking, new paving and new playground as well as a covered walkway to connect existing and new facility. All work is taking place during occupancy of the existing childcare facility.
VPC Builders is currently seeking bids from HUB certified Minority subcontractors for the following project. It is our company policy to provide quick pay agreements to enable minority contractors and suppliers to meet cash-flow demands. Bonding will not be required.
