The Antelope Valley Transit Authority (AVTA) is seeking proposals from experienced fuel supply and delivery firms to provide AVTA with its fueling needs on a requirements basis. Selected contractor shall deliver all required fuel products on a 24/7/365 basis to one facility. The intent of these services is to mitigate any possible interruption of fuel supply and delivery for its fleet. Awarded contractor shall furnish all insurance, licenses, permits, management, supervision, equipment, transportation, labor, benefits fuel and taxes without interruption for the contract term, pursuant to the requirements, including FTA. Contract, if awarded will not exceed an eighteen-month term.

Request for Proposals are due to the Procurement and Contracts Officer's office no later than November 3, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
