Rocky Mountain Construction is seeking sub-bids and quotes on the OR DOT 140(1), Klamath County Boat Marina to Lakeshore Drive project. You can view plans/specifications etc. at Beta.Sam.Gov

This project is on OR Route 140 and will widen the roadway to allow for twelve-foot travel lanes and six-foot shoulders - realignment of the roadway - wetland mitigation area, guardrail, high performance paving markings, and shoulder and center-line rumble strips. Construction of additional parking facilities along the lake and providing an information kiosk etc.

Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license and comply with all Oregon requirements. Subcontractors must have worker's compensation and insurance coverage at limits acceptable to RMC during the length of the prime contract and include Waiver of Subrogation to RMC on insurance policies. RMC may require subcontractors to provide 100% performance and payment bonding for their value of work. If required by RMC, we will reimburse bonding costs up to 1.5% of the total subcontract value.
