Project Scope: Work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, to: remove and reconstruct a hike and bike trail including but not limited to: ROW prep, removal and replacement of concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalks and ramps, roadway excavation, topsoil, block sodding, vegetative watering, lime treated sub-grade, concrete rip rap, 24" RCP pipe, inlets, SET's, traffic control, signs, rock filter dams, temporary sediment control fencing, curb ramps, aluminum signs, pavement markings, and bollards. The project is located in the City of Richland Hills.

This contract is subject to TxDOT's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, and has a 5.00% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Certification Goal Attainment toward procurement of DBE businesses. Quality Excavation, LLC as the prime contractors is making a good faith effort to award a fair share of subcontracts, and procurements to DBE's through demonstration of affirmative action steps. Quality Excavation, LLC strongly encourages all DBE businesses to submit their quotes.
