The Avocado Heights project consists of 6 stories (5 stories of Type II-A multi-family housing on a podium over 1 story of Type I-A parking garage) on grade. The project includes 81 units, a club room, offices, and utility spaces

Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County, MBE/WBE/SBE/DVBE/EBE/OBE firms for participation in the Avocado Heights project. Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and Diversity Business certifications. This project is a California State (Commercial) and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage job (The higher of the two applies).
