Iron Works Mixed-Use is a new construction project consisting of a 7,633 SF 2-story building. 3102 SF 1st floor commercial w/1 adaptable residence, and 8 residential units on the 2nd story, with on-site and off-site improvements.

We are seeking quotes from certified D/MBE/WBE sub-contractors for Flatwork & Site Concrete, Foundation, Gypcrete, Metals, Carpentry, Cabinets, Cabinet Tops, Insulation, Roofing, Windows, Lath & Plaster, Drywall, Tile, Flooring, Paint, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Sprinklers, Electrical, Fire Detection & Alarm, Earthwork, Paving/Striping, Landscaping.

We are an equal opportunity employer. This project requires MWDBE participants to be certified. Please provide a copy of your certification in advance or include with your bid. We are soliciting electrical and pipefitting union contractors from IBEW 639 and Local 403.
