D-Line is soliciting quotations from certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises ("DVBE's")
for the following types of work and supplies/materials including but not limited to:

Provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the installation and repair to the existing sewer lines at James Lick High School. Work consists of but is not necessarily limited to the installation and/or repair to the existing sewer line running along the Building 1200 (Gym) that connect directly to the city's sewer line on North White Road, San Jose. Scope include: Trucking, AC Paving, Water Truck, Pipe Supplies, Aggregate Supply.

D-Line is willing to break out portions of the work to increase the expectation of meeting the DVBE participation goals.At our discretion, 100% Payment and Performance Bonds may be required as a subcontract condition. D-Line is willing to pay up to 1.5% of the bond premium. D-Line is signatory to the Laborers, Operators and Carpenters Unions. D-Line is an equal opportunity employer.
