Project Details
BBP is constructing an eighty-five (85) acre waterfront park in Brooklyn, NY, involves the reconstruction of the Brooklyn Bridge Plaza. Includes new lawns, planting beds, hardscapes, and installed bollards along the length of Water Street, Old Fulton, and Furman Street & the modification to the adjacent Empire Fulton Ferry Lawn and construction of a new Maintenance & Operations Yard, along with upgrades to existing operational infrastructure. RFP also alternates, vehicular pavement for DOT in lieu of pedestrian pavement; repaving or asphalt in lieu of pavers; varying irrigation scopes for the lawn; removal of company switches at specified locations; installation of chain link fence in lieu of a concrete wall.
