The work contemplated generally includes, but is not limited to: mobilization, remove rip rap from lagoon, regrade lagoon site (includes Lagoon 1, percolation beds, and site including parking area), construct tractor storage, furnish and install electrical items on site (including service to storage building), remove and replace existing outlet structure, replace piping between lagoon 1 and lagoon 2 (including valves), replace existing valves, installer liner in lagoon, remove and crush existing concrete debris to be used in aggregate surfacing, furnish and install aggregate surfacing, excavate, haul and spread dried sludge, mobilize crusher and crush the existing on-site concrete debris to be used as part of the aggregate surfacing, regrade the complete site, remove existing rip rap and place in graveled area, regrade lagoons, install a liner in each lagoon cell, remove and install new outlet structures and cross piping for each lagoon, remove and replace inlet valving, furnish and install gravel entrance area, furnish and install new electrical service and appurtenance, construct metal storage building.
Rocky Mountain Construction, L.L.C. will work with suppliers and subcontractors to break-down work items into smaller more manageable opportunities.

This site is the only approved location for subcontractors and suppliers to obtain official Contract Documents. A courtesy copy for viewing purposes only will be available at the main office of Rocky Mountain Construction, L.L.C.

Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license and comply with all California registration requirements. All subcontractors are required to obtain a Department of Industrial Relations registration number and provide the number to RMC at bid time with their quote. Subcontractors must have worker's compensation and insurance coverage at limits acceptable to RMC during the length of the prime contract and include Waiver of Subrogation to RMC on insurance policies. RMC may require subcontractors to provide 100% performance and payment bonding for their value of work. If required by RMC, we will reimburse bonding costs up to 1.5% of the total subcontract value.
