Project Scope: Work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to rehabilitate several concrete streets within the City of Mesquite utilizing full depth concrete repair at selected locations on existing streets, sidewalks, driveways, and alleys. This project consists of approximately 11,700 sy of sidewalk replacement and 52,200 sy of street replacement. Including but not limited to: traffic control, tree removal, hauling, retaining walls, landscaping, sawcutting, and joint sealing. The project is located in the City of Mesquite.

Quality Excavation, LLC as the prime contractors is making a good faith effort to award a fair share of contracts, subcontracts, and procurements to DBE's through demonstration of affirmative action steps. Quality Excavation, LLC. strongly encourages all DBE businesses to submit their quotes.
