Project Scope: Work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the Northeast Parkway Extension including: traffic control, storm water pollution prevention plan, tree removal, saw cutting, pavement removal, curb inlets, trench safety, storm sewer manholes, reinforced concrete storm drain pipe, headwalls, project signs, concrete paving improvements: sidewalks, monolithic curbs, asphalt, fill, barrier free ramps, pavement markings, drainage improvements, hydromulch, sodding, landscape improvements and rip rap. The project is located in the City of North Richland Hills.

Quality Excavation, LLC as the prime contractors is making a good faith effort to award a fair share of contracts, subcontracts, and procurements to DBE's through demonstration of affirmative action steps. Quality Excavation, LLC. strongly encourages all DBE businesses to submit their quotes.
