Is seeking qualified DVBEs

ECC is looking for qualified contractors in a multi-prime project at Valhalla High School. This includes supplying materials, equipment and labor services for the following Packages and trades:

2119 (Structural & site concrete, rebar, asphalt, masonry, fencing, Waterproofing, Fluid applied flooring);
2120 (Rough carpentry, structural steel, metal deck, metal fab);
2121 (Finishes - doors & frames, glazing, sheet metal, acoustical ceilings, FRP panels, painting, casework, flooring, tile, wood flooring, Drywall, plaster, insulation, Roofing, elevator, wall coverings, final clean);
2122 (Specialties - Visual Display boards, signage, lockers, toilet accessories, gymnasium equip, projection screenswindow shades);

This is a California Prevailing Wage project - all subcontractors must be registered with the DIR and adhere to all local/state/federal compliance laws.

The plans and specs are available for your review at our office and on our FTP site. ** All subcontractors providing bids to EC Constructors shall be prepared to provide payment and performance bonds for their respective work for any bids over $25,000. Subcontractor shall include bond cost on subcontractor's proposal sheet. Failure of subcontractor to provide bond cost or bond rate shall be construed to mean that bond is included in subcontractor's proposal.
