Time is of the essence in this Contract, and the time of Completion of the Work is from 06/01/2020 to 7/31/2020 to complete all site work/utilities, grading new pavement and new fencing. Delivery of the modular building has not been confirmed yet. The contract time will be adjusted to three weeks after delivery of the building should there be a conflict in the schedule of the full project.
