Is seeking qualified DVBEs

We are seeking qualified DVBE subcontractors for all trades for a new concrete and steel siding warehouse. Trades; Earthwork, Landscaping, Asphalt, underground utilities, Concrete foundations, Concrete hardscape, Structural Steel, Metal Deck, Drywall, Acoustical ceilings, Tile, Toilet accessories, Window coverings, Glazing, Doors, Door Hardware,Paint, Roofing, Sheet metal and MEP trades.
All Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sheet Metal trades must be pre-qualified with the Grossmont District to bid on this project.
This is a prevailing wage project.

Subcontractor shall include bond cost on subcontractor's proposal sheet. Failure of subcontractor to provide bond cost or bond rate shall be construed to mean that bond is included in subcontractor's proposal.
