Michels Corporation is seeking MBE/WBE/SBE Certified Contractors for subcontracting opportunities for the Saint Paul Regional Water Services "2020 Water Main Clean And Line". We are soliciting quotes for the following items: Traffic Control, Supply Lining Sand, Supply Lining Cement, as well as any applicable items not listed. All quotations applicable to the construction of this project will be accepted and reviewed.
