E.E. Cruz & Company, Inc., has been named the apparent low bidder for this project, and is continuing to solicit cost proposals from qualified MBE and WBE firms currently certified under the New York State Unified Certification Program, as well as qualified SDVOB firms currently certified under the New York State Office of General Services, to perform various construction services for the referenced project. The goals for this project are as follows: MBE - 9%; WBE - 8%; and SDVOB - 6%. The duration of this project is to be Fourteen (14) Months.
