Prime contractor seeking certified DBE subcontractors and suppliers including but not limited to the following scope of work: construction of (2) temporary bolted tanks, aggregate base foundation, valves and piping. This project is funded in whole or in part by the California State Water Resources board and federal grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
