Project Scope: Work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, to: add an Auxillary Lane on Westbound Campbell Road from Alamo Road to Collins Boulevard, add a Southbound Left Turn Lane on US75 Frontage Road shared with the existing U-turn Lane at Campbell, extend the Southbound Right Turn Lane on US 75 Frontage Road at Campbell, and upgrading Traffic Signals and Barrier Free Ramps at Campbell and Collins, and at Campbell and US 75 Southbound Frontage Road. This includes: ROW prep, concrete pavement, sidewalk, and driveway removal, concrete cutting, roadway excavation, backfill, topsoil, sod, drill seeding, vegetative watering, drill shafts for traffic signals and poles, RCP pipe, curb inlets, manholes, traffic control, signs, fencing erosion control, concrete paving (curb ramps, medians, driveways), electrical conduits and conductors, pavement markings, pavement sealer, hauling, traffic buttons, pedestrian detector units, street illumination foundations, fire hydrants, and PVC water lines. The project is located in the City of Richardson.

This contract is subject to TxDOT's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, and has a 7.00% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Certification Goal Attainment toward procurement of DBE businesses. Quality Excavation, LLC as the prime contractors is making a good faith effort to award a fair share of contracts, subcontracts, and procurements to DBE's through demonstration of affirmative action steps.
