South Tahoe Public Utility District - Keller-Heavenly Water System Improvement Project- PH 1, South Lake Tahoe, CA. The work to be performed consists of: installation of approximately 945 LF of 8" PVC waterline, demolition of an existing water tank, grading and structural fill for a new tank pad, rockfall fencing installation, roadway grading, construction of a concrete water tank foundation, tank site piping, abandonment of existing piping, removal and replacement of a pressure reducing valve and vault, instrumentation and communication equipment, paving and curb restoration, contaminated soil removal, implementation of permanent erosion control measures at the tank site, and other related activities described in the plans and specifications. Vinciguerra Construction is seeking quotes for all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE, UDBE, WBE, MBE, SBE Firms for the following items of work included but not limited to: Erosion Control, Dewatering, Traffic Control, Trucking, Sheeting, Shoring and Bracing, Masonry, Contaminated Soil Disposal, Concrete; furnish and placement, Excavation, Waterworks Supplies and Appurtenances (piping, pipe fittings, gate valves, valve boxes, pressure reducing valves, fire hydrants), Construction Area Signs, Aggregate Base; furnish and placement, Electrical, SWPPP, and revegetation. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation is encouraged. Plans and Specifications are available for viewing at our office or can be viewed/obtained at South Tahoe Public Utility District. Our firm will consider dividing total requirements, when economically feasible, into smaller tasks or quantities to permit maximum participation by DBE's in the competitive process. Our company will also consider consortium of DBE's should a contract be too large for firms to handle individually. Subcontractor's must possess a current Contractor's License and DIR registration number. Insurance and Worker's Compensation coverage meeting Vinciguerra Construction's Subcontract.
