This project is with the City of Artesia ,the City has Established a DBE 10% Goal.
This notice is issued to inform the all DBE subcontractors and material suppliers about the project ,and
to encourage them to submit there quotes to Alfaro Communications Construction (ACCI).
ACCI is Seeking quotes from all Subcontractors and Suppliers who are Qualified and Certified as DBE. for the following Trades:
Install New Wireless Radio System,Electrical Suppliers,Electrical Subcontractors,Mobilization,Traffic Control.

ACCI will provide any assistance for the required firm (if requested) with the Bonds and insurances.
This is Federal Rate Wages project.
The firm must posses and maintain a current contractor license. The firm must be registered with
Department of Industrial Relations and should have a current DIR no..
The required firm must be CUF " Commercial Useful Function" so the participation goal is accepted
towards the good faith effort.
The required firm (if requested) must provide a final bonds for 100% of the full amount of the
subcontractor price.
