Blackburn Consulting is requesting qualifications from certified DBE firms interested in providing services related to On-Call Roadway Construction Services related to Material Sampling and Testing, Batch Plant Inspections and Laboratory Services in Caltrans District 6 and District 3. Scope of work, as provided in the Districts RFQ, may be provided upon request. This RFQ shall not obligate Blackburn Consulting to either contract with, or reimburse costs to, respond hereto.
