Overland, Pacific & Cutler (OPC) is seeking DBE firms to provide a variety of right of way and related services for a proposal to the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG).
If your firm is DBE and can provide any of the requested services, please forward your company SOQ or individual resume to be considered for our team. Services: Acquisition and Negotiation, Relocation Assistance, Appraisal and Appraisal review, Environmental Inspection and Reporting, Utility Relocation, and Property Management/Maintenance.
SGVCOG has established a 10% DBE goal.
