NOTICE of Landscape & Irrigation Pre-Bid Meeting & DBE Outreach Event

The Skanska-Ames Joint Venture (SAJV) is interested in soliciting in Good Faith all qualified union Landscape & Irrigation construction subcontractors, vendors/suppliers, and service providers as well as certified DBE subcontractors to participate in a bidding opportunity to construct the Landscape & Irrigation scope of work for the I-15 Express Lanes Project.
The Project is located in Riverside County and runs through the cities of Corona, Norco, Eastvale, and Jurupa Valley as well as portions of unincorporated Riverside County. The work will occur in the shoulders and gore areas of the existing Caltrans Right Of Way and will require a high level of safe working practices and experience in working along the highway.
A pre-bid meeting to discuss the scope and bidding requirements for this bid package will be conducted by the SAJV I-15 project management team on: Wednesday, June 26, 2019, 9:00 am to 11:00 am Eastvale Community Center at 13820 Schleisman Road, Eastvale, CA 92880

SAJV will provide help to DBE's in obtaining bonding and insurance and will make hard copies of the bid documents available to bidders at our Corona office, after the bid document release date of July 1, 2019

Bid Documents Available: July 1, 2019rnBids Due: July 26, 2019 2pm
Bid Review & Selection: by August 16, 2019

SAJV intends to select the qualified Best Value Subcontractor(s) from this bid and offer subcontract agreements to perform the work.
