The work under this contract consists of repair of Tunnel walls, duct-bank as well as concrete repairs to tunnel components. Additionally,
furnishing and installing folding and flexible membrane flood barrier assemblies; furnishing and installing concrete flood walls and related foundations; repair of granite block and concrete; replacement of
wall and ceiling tiles; removal of salt residue; replacement of low-voltage and medium-voltage cables and fiber optic cables; replacement of pump room equipment and fire detection suppression system
components and elevator components; and related work at the Holland Tunnel, including ventilation buildings, pump rooms, approach ramps, and the vicinities thereof in New York and New Jersey.
