We are seeking qualified DVBE subcontractors for all trades for two new wood framed, stucco exterior, classroom buildings. Trades; Earthwork, Landscaping, Asphalt, underground utilities, Concrete foundations, Concrete hardscape, Wood framing, Drywall, Acoustical ceilings and Wall Panels, Tack Boards, Toilet accessories, Window coverings, Glazing, Doors, Paint, Roofing, Sheet metal and MEP trades.
All Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sheet Metal trades must be pre-qualified with the Grossmont District to bid on this project. Plans and Specs are on EC Constructors FTP site at http://ecconstructors.com/login.php

Subcontractor shall include bond cost on subcontractor's proposal sheet. Failure of subcontractor to provide bond cost or bond rate shall be construed to mean that bond is included in subcontractor's proposal.
