This includes supplying materials, equipment and labor services for the following trades: Polishing, caissons, waterproofing, concrete polishing/grinding/sandblasting, reinforcing steel, BIM modeling.
This is a California Prevailing Wage project - all subcontractors must be registered with the DIR and adhere to all local/state/federal compliance laws.

Subcontractor shall include bond cost on subcontractor's proposal sheet. Failure of subcontractor to provide bond cost or bond rate shall be construed to mean that bond is included in subcontractor's proposal.
