Is seeking qualified DVBE

All labor, materials, and equipment required to provide site improvements for (1) Pre-K, (7)
Classrooms and (1) Restroom in (3) Modular Buildings. Work to include but not necessarily be
limited to, upgrades to two (E) Restrooms, path of travel, demolition of (4) existing Bungalow
Buildings, AC Paving, concrete walks, curbs, gutters, steel fences, landscape and irrigation.
Project Scope shall also include new concrete retaining walls, fencing, gates, railing and
guardrails, A.C. Paving, concrete paving, landscape and irrigation, fibar play area, Tball
courts, concrete curbs, stairs, ramps, striping, signage, galvanized flashing, A.C. Paving,
sewer, water and storm drainage, underground conduits, connecting all data, power, signal,
fire alarm, sewer, water, and all required utility services to the modular buildings for a
complete and functional installation.
