Evergreen ES Kindergarten Expansion
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: at Building 5, rooms 9 and 9A, selective demolition and replacement of interior finishes and modifications in existing classroom. Also includes modifications to existing plumbing, mechanical, electrical,and finishes (interior and exterior) to include addition of Kindergarten restroom and
office. Exterior sitework includes, but is not limited to: asphalt and concrete paving around Buildings 1, 4, and 5, synthetic turf, playmatting, metal lunch shelter,fencing, and playground equipment.

Holly Oak ES Kindergarten Expansion
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: at Building H, fire rating exteriorwall at Portable building. At Building A, room 4, selective demolition and expansion of an existing classroom, new office and Kindergarten restroom. Also includes modifications to existing plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and finishes (interior and
exterior). New interior finishes throughout, including casework, flooring, doors, and plumbing fixtures. The scope of work also includes exterior roofing over the expansion and finishes to match existing adjacent building finishes. Exterior sitework includes selective demolition and replacement of existing concrete and asphalt paving around Building A to include: fabric shade structure, seat walls,
expansion of existing playground equipment, playmatting, synthetic turf, fencing,planting, irrigation, and associated underground utilities.

G&S will pay up to 1 - 1/2% bond premium. Worker's Compensation Waiver of Subrogation will be required as well as General Aggregate limit per project w/primary wording, to which should be part of your bid. G&S is signatory to the Carpenter & Laborer Local unions. Subs will be expected to execute a standard G&S subcontract agreement.
