Project Details
Services required under this contract will be provided only on an as-needed/asrequested
basis. The period of performance and Vendor’s fee of any specific project
undertaken by the Vendor shall be mutually determined by the County and the
Vendor prior to the time that notice to proceed on such work is given by the County.
Individual tasks (projects) will be negotiated as stand-alone assignments terminating
when the task budget is exhausted or the task time frame has expired. The County
will negotiate with selected Vendors to enter not-to-exceed contracts of up to five (5)
years duration. Multiple Vendors may be selected for each type of consulting service
