Patch and repair exterior EIFS and cement plaster. Repairs to structural braced frame. Repair of cracks in concrete foundation. Removal of exterior and interior finishes to access areas of repair. Removal of structural and non-structural framing. Repair of roof membrane, roof base flashing, and counterflashing at mechanical unit curbs and roof penetrations. Repairs to mechanical equipment housings that are not weathertight by sheet metal patching and application of waterproofing coating system.
