Is seeking qualified DVBE, SBE

In general, the work consists of a new construction of Recreation Field of approximately 135,000 square feet located on the south end of the G4 Parking Lot. Work to include grading, retaining walls, fencing, drainage structure, under field drainage, project specific field underlayment, base course drainage system, landscape, 600 SF restroom / storage building, field irrigation system, and coordination with the University contracted synthetic turf field contractor (under separate contract). Construction estimate is $3,400,000.00 for the base bid. There is a minimum of 3% DVBE participation required on this project. We are actively seeking qualified DVBE subcontractors. Qualified SBE subcontractors are also encouraged to participate.
