Doing Business with Otay Water District

The Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) for San Diego, Orange, and Imperial Counties is hosting a webinar with Otay Water District on doing business with the District. Otay Water District is a publicly-owned water and sewer service agency that serves a portion of southern San Diego County encompassing over 200,000 residents. A PTAC procurement advisor will facilitate a discussion of what the District purchases, the Capital Improvement Program, and upcoming contract opportunities, among other topics.
