BID SCOPE: The Project consists of the construction of outdoor athletic facilities including a new 8300SF team room, concessions and restroom building, earthwork, utilities, fencing, concrete, landscaping for approx. 10 acres of all new lighted baseball, softball, practice, and stadium/football synthetic turf fields and track and bleachers. Will be providing electrical, low voltage and fire alarm for the project.

Plans and specifications are available for viewing in our office. Subcontractor may be required to supply performance/payment bonds and obtain insurance meeting the requirements of the owner as stated in the bid documents. Assistance to reach these requirements may be provided. This is a prevailing wage project. We are seeking qualified licensed and experienced subcontractors/suppliers. All subcontractors on public projects must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and renew before June 30 each year.
