Golden Bay Construction will be accepting quotes from DBE subcontractors & suppliers. The project has a 10% DBE participation goal. If your firm is interested in submitting a quote, please feel free to bid on any item within your scope of work. We are seeking quotes for (but not limited to) the following subcontracted items: survey, asphalt grinding, asphalt paving, utility adjustments, trucking, rrfb flashing beacons, rubber curbs, speed cushions, planters, storm drainage, fire hydrant relocation, striping & signage as well and/or supply of materials including but not limited to rubber curbs, speed cushions, storm drain pipe, inlets, asphalt, concrete, sand and gravel. When economically feasible, all items of work can and will be divided into small tasks or quantities to permit maximum participation of DBE businesses. We encourage subcontractors and suppliers submitting prices to utilize DBE businesses. This may be accomplished through second tier subcontracting, owner-operator equipment, or the purchase of supplies. All plans and specifications may be reviewed in our office, or we can email a link for you to download the bid documents or any information you require to formulate a bid.
