We are seeking quotes from DVBE Subcontractors for the LEAD Elementary School New MPR Building project.

Quotes needed for all trades for new construction, including but not limited to: Staking, Cleaning, Concrete, Masonry, Framing, Rough & Finish Carpentry, Casework and Countertops, Roofing, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Doors Frames and Hardware, Windows, Storefronts, Flooring, Painting, and more.

Scope of Work: Relocation of existing playground and providing sloped walk to toilets, Provide EVA curb cut, accessible drop-off, and relocate chain link vehicle gate, Accessibility upgrades to toilet rooms on accessible path of travel. New single story multi-purpose building, trash enclosure, entry plaza, landscaping, and modular shade structure.

This is a Prevailing Wage project. MEP Subcontractors will need to be prequalified to work on the project. Please reach out for more information.
