This project is NON-OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

The Work includes Removals, landscaping, tree work, excavation, pavements, curbs, planting, drainage, lighting, water supply, Playground Equipment, and site furniture.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
CPM Scheduling, survey, progress photo & video, concrete supply, rebar supply, trucking services, asphalt paving, plumbing, and landscaping.
