FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. is requesting quotes from all certified DBE firms for the following items of work including but not limited to: Construction Staking, Demolition, Concrete Removal, Excavation, Grading, Remove/Reinstall Chain-Link Fence, Retrofit Existing SD Inlet, Adjust Existing Traffic Box, Traffic Control & Construction Signage, Striping/Markings, Signs, Slurry Seal, Roadway Prep (Crack Treatment), Asphalt Concrete, Ready Mix Concrete, Storm Drain Inlet, Storm Drainpipe, Adjust AT&T Telecommunications Vault Cover.

FBD Vanguard Construction Inc. can assist in payment of a reasonable bond premium. A 100% payment bond and performance bond will be required. Vanguard will pay bond premium up to 2%. Please note that no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. Subcontractors must possess a current contractors license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting the owners requirements and will be required to sign the standard FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. subcontract agreement.
