Scope of Work: Consolidated Contracting is the selected GC for a New Medical Office Building which is a P.A.C.E. Adult Day Care/Primary Clinic Project under OSHPD-3 requirements. Includes three levels of parking, with basement scope of work, two levels of medical offices, and all related site work.

/ Primary Wording; & Waiver of Subrogation Required. PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY: $1M each occurrence (required of subcontractors providing design/build) AUTO LIABILITY $1M COMBINED SINGLE LIMIT (Any Auto or all Owned, Hired & Non-Owned or Scheduled, Hired & Non-Owned) WORKER'S COMPENSATION: Statutory Limits and Employers Liability: $1M EACH ACCIDENT / $1M DISEASE-EACH EMPLOYEE / $1M DISEASE-POLICY LIMIT / Waiver of Subrogation required (in favor of at least 2 or more parties).
