Project Details
The FUHSD Maintenance and Operations Building Project will provide a new facility that replaces the existing and aging Maintenance andOperations buildings. The new facility will be comprised of 3 separate buildings as follows:
1) One new 19,410 sf building
2) One new isolated 736 sf building
3) One new isolated 600 sf walk-in freezer.
Final clean, landscaping, site concrete, electrical, hvac, plumbing, fire sprinklers, window treatments, signage, specialties, painting, stucco, casework, acoustical ceilings, drywall, insulation, doors, frames, hardware, asm, roofing, carpentry, surveying, demolition, abatement, site utilities, storefront, glazing.
