Is seeking qualified DBEs, NJUCP

Scope of Work (including but not limited to):
Supply - Aggregate, Foundry, Concrete ready mix, Erosion control, Pipe- ductile/reinforced concrete/valves, Rebar, Dumpster, Field office and office supplies.
Subcontractors - Asbestos abatement, Clearing & grubbing, Fence, Geotech, Instrumentation and Monitoring, Micropiles, Painting & lead abatement, Rebar, Surveying, Trucking & disposal.

The scope work for this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tool and incidentals necessary to construct and complete the Project, including, but not limited to the following.
1. Mobilization;
2. Relieving platform, concrete slab and mini-piles;
3.Relocation of the 36" Sanitary sewer with bypass pumping ;
4.Rock excavation for sewer construction;
5.Removal of soil in locations containing PCBs;
6. Relocation of water mains & fire hydrants;
7.Protection of existing duct banks;
Clearing site without affecting NJ Transit and Amtrak structures, systems, or overhead utilities, consisting of removal of rails , ties, trees and shrubs, debris piles and misc. structures.
9. Demolition of existing building and shed with asbestos and lead paint removal;
10.Rough grading and stone surfacing
11. Install and maintain soil erosion and sediment control measures;
12 Demolition.
