Spencon Construction, Inc. is requesting quotes from all certified DBE firms for the following items of work including, but not limited to: Traffic Control Sub, Electrical Sub, Water Pollution Control Program, Striping Sub
Spencon Construction will be able to assist in payment of a reasonable bond premium. A 100% payment bond and performance bond may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Please provide a bond premium rate with your quote. Subcontractors must possess a current contractors license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting the owners requirements and will be required to sign a subcontract agreement. Spencon is a union shop and you will also be required to sign a one-time union agreement, If you are not a union contractor. Plans and specifications can be emailed upon request.
