Project Details
• Electrical Contractor: provide support for pulling various cabling from cabinets to gantry devices, installing devices on gantry and performing cable terminations at device end and cabinet end.
• Traffic Control: provide lane closure & MOT support including equipment and staff for day and night work and assist with developing traffic handling plans as needed.
• Traffic Management Center (TMC): provide support in the design and installation of the operator work area and video wall including furnishing all equipment and furniture required. Optional task of selecting standalone TMC location and managing entire build out of location.
• Network Design: perform network design and configuration services to support the Express Lanes network.
• Traffic Detection System: perform turn-key design and installation of the TDS required for the corridor.
• License Plate Image Review - provide staff (for up to 13 years) to perform image review services.
• Traffic Operations Center Operators - provide staff (for up to 13 years) to work directly in the Caltrans TMC as Express Lane Operators.
